How to reach us, and what you can do yourself.

In the app

Open Settings, then Help. It answers the questions people ask most, and has a box for anything broken, missing or on your mind. A person reads every one. What you send arrives with the screen you came from, your city and your tier, so it can be read in context.

By email

Write to support@idavoll.app, especially if you cannot sign in.

Someone is a problem

Block them from the foot of their page. Blocking is silent and mutual, and they are not told. Report them from their page or from a chat; a report sends the content to staff, and a report is the only way a chat ever reaches us.

Delete your account

From Settings, or at idavoll.app/account-deletion. Deleting erases your account and personal data. Other members keep their own messages in the chats you shared, and copies in backups expire within 30 days.
